Okay, I must admit, I can't play Guitar Hero to save my life. Well, I'm okay at "Easy" mode, but past that and I'm out. These guys have not only mastered the skillz, but they've rigged up target-esque buttons to kick toward. Pretty amazing what you can do with a warehouse, a projector, 5 expert soccer players, some wiring, a board and some paint..... oh, and a game system.

Stranger Than Kindness
The new Fever Ray video directed by Andreas Nilsson is absolutely gorgeous. The song is featured on a new special edition DVD, originally by Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds. Enjoy the mysticism of her miraculous presence. The shaman garb, lasers, lamps and other performers were all assets to her tour, which I strongly recommend seeing!

Wonderwall

Wonderwall, an interior design firm in Japan, has just launched a fantastic new site with really interesting navigation. Seriously, I sat here and played with this gooey wall for about 5 min. The tactility of it, combined with the fact that you can leave the palette in the state that you altered it in, really sets it off for me.

Bright Dancing

This website is pretty fun! Use your cellphone or other illumination source, and let the light dancing begin! It follows the light, creating shapes based on where you've drawn. Definitely worth the enormous loading time.

Esther Stocker
Check out the beeeeeee-yooo-teaaaa-fullll installations by Esther Stocker. Approaching modernism from a completely new perspective, Stocker redefines spaces through the optical illusions created by stark black/white geometry.

Asylum 626

I can't believe I haven't posted about this yet! Remember Hotel 626 from last year? Well, Doritos is pumping out another one, called Asylum 626. You can still only view it past 6 pm. Created by Goodby, Silverstein and Partners, this site will be sure to give you nightmares.

Hand From Above
Chris O'Shea's new piece is pretty amazing. Set within a square of Liverpool, viewers discover they are being filmed and displayed on a giant screen. What's fantastic is that they soon find themselves being poked and plucked off of the monitor one by one.

Rubber Touch Display
I can't quite tell if this is gross, or the beginnings of something amazing. But, experimentations in new tangible displays has stirred up quite the buzz. Check out this video from New Scientist to see its potential.

Shapeshifter

Now, to say that the Shapeshifter site is very similar to an iTunes visualizer would be quite disgraceful. It does have a lot of the same qualities, but the imagery used is quite grabbing and some of the interactions are down right gorgeous. What's kind of kitschy is that you can even screen grab at any moment for a commemorative desktop wallpaper.

T2 Massacre
Check out our most recent project at T2! Watch what happens when a typical party gets a little out of hand, and a maniacal murderer seeks the pleasure of slaughtering EVERYONE! Shot with T2 employees as actors, the audience was able to participate by choosing the fate of several of the victims.

PhotoSketch
How amazing is this? So, this is a new software displayed at Siggraph Asia 2009. Created by Tao Chen, Ming-Ming Cheng, Ping Tan, Ariel Shamir, and Shi-Min Hu, Photosketch allows you to draw what you want to search for, and it'll compile the image on the fly. Kind of like a sketching form of Photoshop. This could totally improve how we search for images on Google in the future. Check this out!
